If Austin Powers is the international man of mystery, then by contrast, I am the man of no mystery. I am honest, loyal, direct, patient, easy to get along with, and have many intellectual interests. Oh, and I have tools, and I am not afraid to use them, even in the kitchen.

I will not go so far as to say I am funny, but I can punctuate a moment or story with a wee bit of humor. I work hard at my goals and parenting, then would enjoy relaxing with a special woman, whether it is snuggling on the couch during a movie, getting into the outdoors, cooking dinner together, traveling to a foreign country, playing a board game, or sharing intimate moments.

I try to emphasize the importance of experiences, from the daily to the extraordinary, in my life. Possessions mean almost nothing to me unless they produce memories. As I tell my children, "We love people, not things." I have a terrific job that I find truly rewarding and for which I am very grateful. It affords me a good deal of flexibility to pursue those experiences.

I workout regularly and try to take care of myself. I am emotionally stable, resilient, and available, and am looking for the same in a partner.
