First of all, I’m a guy. I like sports cars, fixing thing around the house (or tinkering, I don’t watch much tv) and the latest gadgets just like most other guys however I'm much more than that. I have a broad range of interest from opera to funky blues bars, museums to local festivals, fine dining to street vendors, sushi to burgers and the list goes on. Although my main passions would have to be family, friends and travel. I am also interested in making more friends in the hopes of eventually meeting someone special. In the mean time, I am enjoying my life by traveling, working out, eating healthy and good wine. Life is good and there are so many interesting things to do. I’m a retired professional who is financially secure. I'm friendly and easy to talk with. I try to keep things fairly simple and I am grateful for what life has given me. I tend to be a no frills kind of guy, however I keep my tux and dinner jacket handy for those special occasions (although I haven't used them in quite a while). I enjoy ethnic food although I don't have a favorite, they are all good in different ways. I love good food although, I am not a good cook. I do enjoy being the sous-chef and cleanup crew. I like live theatre and art. I am confused by modern art, but I know what I like when I see it. I believe my friends would describe me as easy going with an even temperment and an easy travel partner. I enjoy everything about travel, the different cultures, histories, scenery, architecture, foods and religions, it's all interesting. I generally include something adventureous in my trips like hiking in New Zealand, sailing the Virgin Islands, scuba diving Cozumel, snow skiing in Vancouver, motorcycling Yellowstone, walking with the Tibetan Buddist Pilgrims.
